Hey guys! I enjoy the site and wanted to ask a quick question. I’ve been hitting the gym on a regular schedule and have started to notice that I’m staying sore longer. It’s not a level of pain that keeps me away, but more like a slight reminder of my routines.
Is there any stretches and/or techniques that I can do to help with my recovery? I’ve started to add in a quick cool down stretch already, but I thought I’d ask a couple of gurus for any suggestions!
