    I actually had a chocolate smoothie that you guys recommended. I forgot the name of it, but it was like….pure cocoa and MAN did it give me huge burst of energy. Was like I had a cup of coffee without the jitters.

    You wouldn’t happen to remember the name? 😀

    Hey guys! I enjoy the site and wanted to ask a quick question. I’ve been hitting the gym on a regular schedule and have started to notice that I’m staying sore longer. It’s not a level of pain that keeps me away, but more like a slight reminder of my routines.

    Is there any stretches and/or techniques that I can do to help with my recovery? I’ve started to add in a quick cool down stretch already, but I thought I’d ask a couple of gurus for any suggestions!
