Here are a few key benefits to REST:

I love to rest and recover the following ways:
- Writing – I love to blog and find this very therapeutic
- Going to the coffee shop and relaxing
- Taking a nice vacation – the Mountains are my favorite
- Reading a good book
- Laying out by the pool, I do not do this often but it is ULTRA relaxing
- Post workout (especially after a training session) I love to take epsom salt baths
