    Rest and recovery are key components to living a healthy and vibrant lifestyle.

    What are some of the ways you like to rest and recover? This is the place to share it with others.

    Here are a few key benefits to REST:

    I love to rest and recover the following ways:

    • Writing – I love to blog and find this very therapeutic
    • Going to the coffee shop and relaxing
    • Taking a nice vacation – the Mountains are my favorite
    • Reading a good book
    • Laying out by the pool, I do not do this often but it is ULTRA relaxing
    • Post workout (especially after a training session) I love to take epsom salt baths

    I love getting friends together and cooking homemade healthy foods together and then eating together. Bonding, cooking and healthy living with support!
