Welcome to the A+A Forum and thanks for the great question. YES! This is actually a common occurrence especially given you are increasing your time spent in the gym. One of our favorite suggestions is to make sure you complete a thorough medicine ball warm up prior to any exercise (this helps with blood flow & actively warming up your muscles) as well as foam rolling before/during and after the session. Again, this helps with any ‘trigger points’ you may be experiencing as well as helps with blood flow throughout the workouts.

Lastly, an epsom salt or magnesium salt bath always goes a long way! This helps with muscle recovery big time.
