ashleypoptodorovaKeymasterSo, we all have amazing products we love, right?! I know I sure do! Below are some pictures of just a few of my favorite products. This section will cover all of my favorites and will be updated frequently. Feel free to comment or let us know what some of your favorites are and I can chime in with some expert advice when needed.
These are in no particular order. 🙂
When you train hard, you have to recover well! Below is a muscle therapy gel that Alex and I use post workout to help with recovery and inflammation.
For anyone who follows my IG account (@aandawellness) you will know that THIS right here is my favorite pre workout mojo! It gives me all of the boost with no jitters. I sip on 1/2 of it on the way to my training session and then sip on the rest throughout.
This line of teas by ‘The Republic of Tea’ are AMAZING! I simply whip up batches of each flavor in a mason jar (let steep) and then cool overnight. I enjoy mixing and matching these over ice for different tastes.
Kevita makes a GREAT line of sparkling probiotic drinks (you will learn more about a healthy gut as you browse around the members section and read our special members only posts) and the power of probiotics. This flavor in particular is my favorite.
Pasture raised eggs are one of my go to staples for protein! I love these and they are organic and non-gmo! Do a little test, buy some good quality eggs and then buy some inexpensive eggs and crack them to see the HUGE difference in the color of the yolk. This is where the nutrition is folks! 🙂
Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE liquid stevia! This is an all natural plant based sweetener and yes, I use it for all of my baking etc. It may take you some time to get used to, this is normal. Stevia is 10 times sweeter than sugar so start slow and find your desired amount. This 8 oz. bottle is the equivalent of 4 smaller bottles and breaks down to $4.50 each, a GREAT savings!
Ghee is one of my favorite ‘go to’ products for cooking. I love to scoop out a teaspoon and add to my pan when I cook my eggs.
