Check out this awesome testimonial just posted today! 🙂

Some of you may know I started a program to help me lose weight. I’m not one who cares what people think of me or the way I look and I’m not ashamed of who I am. I started this program weighing in at 215. About 5 years ago the birth control I was taking was screwing with my monthly cycle and was worse then before I went on birth control, my doctor recommended I try the depo shot. I weighed between 125-130. Within a month of having my first depo shot I gained 30 pounds. That’s a lot of weight for a small women. I decided I would stop taking the shot and go back to the pill. It all went down hill from there. I then gave up, I was just going to keep getting fatter. It didn’t help that Mike and I were together and happy leaving me with no true motivation to lose the weight. This past year the scale exceeded 200! I then tried everything, from pills to weight watchers and so on. To add to this problem, I am the worlds pickiest eater, I mean the worst!! In June I reached out to a trainer after seeing what trainers had done for two of my closest friends! I reached out to AlexAshley Poptodorov at A+A wellness. The week I broke my arm I was scheduled to begin eating right and working out with them… Well that wasn’t going to work I broke my arm! I still met with them and they told me to hold off on exceeds until I got better but to eat right (which they taught me how to eat and what). I lost 14 pounds within 2-3 weeks WITHOUT exercise!! I then plateaued due to my birthday celebrations. (Actually went up a few pounds). I haven’t got back to 201 yesterday and we did my body fat comp. I have lost over 18 pounds of body fat in such a short time. Well today I literally cried when I stepped on the scale this morning. I had just gotten out of the shower so I was soaking wet, I weighed at 200. I finally broke 201!! I can’t believe I’m down 15 pounds! I have a journey ahead as I’d like to get back to 130-140. But this is looking promising! BTW I’m still not exercising per doctors orders, but today we will begin doing squats then going for a walk which should help speed this up! Thank you to my two friends who encouraged this and thank you Ashley and Alex for pushing me and keeping me on track!
